With our Custom Blind Date with a Book experience, you choose the budget and we thoughtfully curate a surprise package for you or someone you love. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, sending a little comfort, marking a milestone, or simply treating yourself, we'll create a book-centered experience inspired by the recipient's personality, interests, and reading preferences.
This is where you'll tell us about your reader—their preferred genres, reading comfort level, favorite themes, hobbies and interests, age range, books they've loved (or haven't), allergies or sensitivities, the occasion, and anything else you'd like us to know.
The more you share, the more personal we can make it. We may not be able to fulfill every individual preference or request, but your answers help us understand the overall vibe you're looking for and create something that feels like it was chosen especially for them.
Each package is created around your selected budget and includes a carefully chosen used book in very good condition, along with coordinating bookish or lifestyle goodies selected based on the information you provide. No two packages will be exactly alike because no two readers are exactly alike.
Please allow 7–10 business days from the time we receive your completed form for us to create your order. We'll let you know when it's ready for pickup.
Please note: We cannot begin creating your order until we receive your completed Custom Blind Date with a Book Form. If the form is not submitted within 10 business days of purchase, your order will be canceled and refunded, minus a 10% restocking fee to help cover non-refundable processing fees.

Fully assembled baskets are available for local pickup or local delivery only. If shipping is selected, your order will include all of the items from the basket, along with tissue paper and a flat decorative cardboard box for you to assemble and arrange at home.
